Every day the same oatmeal or cereal for breakfast can be extremely boring. The banana breakfast cake can bring some fun in our breakfast routine. It’s not only a tasty breakfast, but also a healthy snack for any moment of the day.
Ingredients for 4 persons to make an easy banana cake from scratch:
- 4 eggs;
- 4 big bananas;
- 120 gram oatmeal;
- 2 dates;
- half a cup dried cranberries;
- a spoon of butter or coconut oil;
- cinnamon on top (optional).
Preheat the oven up to 180 °C.
All the ingredients go into in the blender, except for the dried cranberries. Blend the all the ingredients until it’s a thick creamy mass. Pour this creamy mass into the cake mold, which is greased with butter. Add the dried cranberries and mix everything.
Put the cake mold in the oven for 30 minutes- with a fork you can test if the cake is baked good. If you don’t have any cake on your fork it’s good to go.
